Assessment/Coaching Agreement
GENERAL TERMS AND INFORMATION:
Coaching Sessions will be conducted through Zoom. Within one week prior to your scheduled appointment you will be sent a Zoom conference link.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you decide to cancel you will be refunded for the amount received after payment processing fees.

COACHING/ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT:
This agreement is entered into by: Christopher Guadalupe of AsuraPsych and Client Name.

Client agrees to the services paid for. Services include the education and use of personality theory, Jungian Psychology/Typology, and general psychological concepts.
​
Chris G. is not a licensed psychologist or psychotherapist and services provided do not act as a substitute for counseling, therapy, or any other clinical treatment related to mental health. Personality assessments and coaching are made available to educate and promote well-being in clients.

Chris G. does not ensure any outcome via typing or coaching sessions.

​By agreeing to these terms and conditions the Client agrees to release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Chris G./AsuraPsych from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages they may claim to have as a result of the advice given by Chris G./AsuraPsych or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.

Course Refund Policy: Courses will not be refunded once they have been started. You have lifetime access to any course you purchase.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by AsuraPsych. AsuraPsych has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
